$6 per pickup (covers up to 3 packages, total weight ≤ 20 lb). If your combined weight is 21–40 lb, choose the Heavy option ($11 total). Items over 40 lb require a custom quote.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (Arizona time). We collect on the next pickup day after you order (Tue→Wed, Wed/Thu→Fri, Fri–Sun→Mon).
Up to 3 per order, and they all go to the same drop‑off destination (same carrier/location).
We’ll take your return to UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon Counter, or DHL, whichever you select.

Your pickup address, Residential or Business, any gate/access code, your mobile number, the carrier, and the exact drop‑off location name/address (all packages must use this same destination).
Hazardous/forbidden items, anything over 40 lb without a quote, or items the carrier prohibits. We’re porch‑only, we don’t enter homes.
A time‑stamped photo at pickup and photo/receipt at drop‑off plus tracking (when provided by the carrier).
One free reschedule; additional reschedules are $3. If you need off‑hours or a different day, reach out and we’ll try to fit you in.

We serve our local area in Arizona. If you’re unsure we cover your address, email us first.
